1. SPONSOR & ELIGIBILITY

The sweepstakes is sponsored by Carswithtrace Inc., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by purchasing digital wallpapers or entry packs on this website, or by sending a mail-in entry card. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the active sweepstakes period, containing a 3" x 5" card hand-printed with name, address, email, phone number, and birth date, mailed to: Carswithtrace Sweepstakes AMOE, P.O. Box 132, East Palatka, FL 32131. Each valid mail-in card grants 800 entries. Limit one card per envelope.

3. PENNSYLVANIA GOVERNING LAW

This sweepstakes complies with all federal, state, and local laws, and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Void where prohibited by law.

4. DRAWING & ODDS

Winners are drawn at random using a server-side electronic algorithm weighted by the exact entry count recorded in the secure database. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
